We support clients through property acquisition, development, resale and rental management, with service terms agreed for each engagement.

01 / PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT

Acquisition & Resale

  • Acquire land for development and resale as subdivided plots or larger acreage
  • Add value to properties to support stronger offers and profitability
02 / PROJECT SUPPORT

Construction & Materials

  • Supervise construction on commission, based on certified or verified bills of quantities (BOQs)
  • Provide no-cost advice to support efficient and effective resource use
  • Source building materials competitively on clients’ behalf; storage and transport fees apply
03 / RENTAL MANAGEMENT

Rentals & Tenant Support

  • Collect rent on clients’ behalf for a 10% commission, net of overhead costs such as mobility and bank fees
  • Consider rent advances for clients facing cash-flow challenges, subject to negotiable interest and agreed terms
  • Supervise refurbishment with the client’s consent
  • Broker tenant placements and support recovery of rent arrears; a 20% commission applies to recovered sums
